Company Background

Rapid Services was formed in 1989 to fill a void in the data management industry. Small to medium size businesses needed an affordable outlet to turn to for their relatively small requirements of data entry and database management.

By 1991, due to the requests of existing customers, Rapid Services expanded to include the compiling of their own local county database, built using many sources and public records including property, loan/lien, voter, auto, driver and many more.

In late 1992 Rapid Services, filling yet another void in the small to medium business services industry formed Rapid Mailing Services, offering complete mailing solutions from design to drop, all produced in house.

Just two years later in 1994, Rapid Services had increased sales by 100% and acquired a second location. They outgrew this additional facility due to substantial sales increases over the next two years.

In 1996 the company was moved to yet another location. Once again, sales increases and customer demand would transport us to our present, custom facility located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.

As a family run business that started folding letters in an unused bedroom…to pitching in with the pallet jacks to process over 2 million pieces of political mail in 48 hours during the last election! We never forget our humble beginnings and never forget the value of our relationship with you, our customer.
